Biography
After graduating from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, for 20 years, he worked for Japanese contractors such as Kajima, Hazama, Fujita in the roles of supervising engineer, chief engineer and project manager. Then in 2009, he and some colleagues founded VNDC company and have held the role of CEO until now.

Dang Thi Thanh Huyen
Biography
She graduated with honors in Construction Economics from Ho Chi Minh City University of Transport, and has held important roles in many large domestic consulting companies, including Portcoast (formerly the Port Design and Marine Engineering Consulting Enterprise under the Ministry of Transport, specializing in port projects) and IDCo (formerly the Southern Design Institute under the Design Institute - Ministry of Light Industry, specializing in industrial projects).
With nearly 20 years of experience, she currently holds the position of Deputy Director, directly participating in the management of the Company, while performing professional tasks in design, project management, as well as legal advice on procedures for implementing construction investment projects.

Tran Huynh The Vong
Mr. Tran Huynh The Vong, graduated as a civil engineer from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 1995, with 30 years of experience in the construction field. He has held many important positions such as Project Manager, Project Director, and Deputy Director at prestigious domestic and foreign companies such as Thuan Viet, Descon, Saigon Traffic, ACSC, CC1, etc.
In 2012, he joined Apave Asia Pacific, part of the global Apave Group, and successively took on the roles of Director of Binh Duong and Ho Chi Minh City Branches, leading many large projects and supporting businesses in their transformation to Industry 4.0.
In 2022, he became the Southern Regional Construction Manager of Bureau Veritas Vietnam, a member of the global Bureau Veritas Group, focusing on developing Project Management and Supervision Consulting services. He also participated in Net Zero Carbon projects, Green - Clean Factories and Industrial Parks, and business digitalization.
Currently, he is the Director of Project Management and Supervision Consulting at VNDC, where he continues to deliver sustainable and effective solutions to clients.
