Founded by engineers and architects from Kajima, Hazama, Obayashi companies.

2009: VNDC was founded by experienced engineers and architects who have worked at the world's leading construction corporations such as Kajima, Hazama and Obayashi.

With a solid professional foundation and strategic vision, the founding team has laid the first bricks for the sustainable development of VNDC, aiming to become a pioneer in the construction industry in Vietnam.

VNDC has completed more than 50 projects for major domestic and foreign customers such as Stolle Machinery (USA), OSC Land (Vietnam), NSG (Japan),...

This is not only a milestone affirming the company's professional capacity but also a big step forward in building trust and expanding the network of strategic partners. The projects implemented this year range from civil to industrial areas, with the criteria of always ensuring quality, progress and customer satisfaction.

The achievements in 2014 are an important foundation to help VNDC affirm its position in the construction and consulting industry in Vietnam.

2019: VNDC continued to make a strong impression by implementing more than 150 projects, cooperating with typical customers such as Vinamilk, Vissan, Nam Sao Group, GS E&C (Korea), Posvina, Tan Hiep Phat, Daiwa House, ... These projects not only span many fields from civil, industrial to infrastructure, but also mark the company's remarkable growth in meeting strict standards of quality, progress and economic efficiency.

These successes have affirmed VNDC's reputation and leading position in the field of design consultancy, supervision and project management in Vietnam.

Implemented 200 projects, achieved first-class construction consulting capacity certificate for the following sectors: Design, Supervision Consulting, Project Management Consulting for civil, industrial and technical infrastructure works.

2024: VNDC reaches an impressive milestone by completing 200 projects, and officially achieving a Grade I construction consulting capacity certificate. This certificate includes the following areas: Design, Supervision Consulting, and Project Management Consulting for civil, industrial, and technical infrastructure works.

This is a testament to VNDC's outstanding capacity and commitment to continuously improve service quality, continuing to affirm its leading position in the construction consulting industry in Vietnam.
